2015 NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Excellence in Pharmacy Award recipient Pharmacy Employee Award for Lower Manhattan Hospital
This award recognizes a pharmacist who consistently demonstrates excellence in pharmacy practice and professionalism at work and in the community. It is given to someone who is recognized by their colleagues as someone who fosters team spirit and collaborative working relationships with other disciplines, shares knowledge, and makes a positive difference for patients.
2013 Recipient of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) Individual Contribution Award
This national award is given yearly to one AMCP member who has made a significant contribution to AMCP by any means other than as an AMCP Committee member. She has significantly contributed through student mentorship, and advancing managed care practice in US Colleges of Pharmacy, as well as, improving membership in the academy. The award was presented on April 3, 2103.
2011 Recipient of the Joel Yellin Merit Award of the New York City Society of Health-System Pharmacists (NYCSHP)
The local chapter of the New York State Council of Health-System Pharmacists (NYSCHP) held its 46th Annual Installation & Award Dinner at Bridgewater's at the South Street Seaport in Manhattan, on the evening of Thursday, June 30, 2011.
This award was established in 1967, and renamed the Joel Yellin Award of Merit in 2004. It is presented by the NYCSHP to honor one individual who has made a significant contribution to the Practice of Hospital/HealthSystem Pharmacy. The award winner's contribution to the profession should have had a positive effect on the practice of hospital pharmacy.
2006 Recipient of the Harold Neham Memorial Award of the New York City Society of Health-System Pharmacists (NYCSHP)
The local chapter of the New York State Council of Health-System Pharmacists (NYSCHP) held its 41st Annual Installation & Award Dinner at Sal Anthony’s SPQR in Little Italy, NYC on the evening of Thursday, June 29, 2006.
The Harold Neham Memorial Award was established in 1982 by the New York City of Hospital Pharmacists (now know as the New York City Society of Health-System Pharmacists) to honor a member of the society who has made a significant contribution to the literature and/or professional meetings, promoting the profession of hospital (health-system) pharmacy or improving hospital (health-system) pharmacy services. This award was named after Harold Neham, the first president of the New York City Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
